From the Editor's Desk
This week, let's make waste and labour our collective priority, tighten up closing schedules, stay close to what's on the shelf, and let's see the whole patch push closer to target together.

👋Intro
Morning everyone, hope you all had a decent weekend. Last week we delivered labour as a patch and improved on waste controls, there's plenty to build on as we head into the back half of July. Let's make this a good one.
🎉Congratulations
Henley: running coffee efficiency comfortably above target this week, brilliant work from the team on the bar.
Gerrards Cross: strong coffee efficiency performance, well above target and a real standout across the patch.
☕Coffee
Coffee is actually a good news story this week, the area average is above target, which doesn't happen by accident. Henley and Gerrards Cross both deserve a real mention here, they're running well above target and that's a credit to how their teams are managing the station. Witney, Reading and Beaconsfield need to have a look at what steps we're taking to improve coffee efficiency and would do well completing a deep dive into coffee performance last week. Overall though, the area is in a strong position on coffee and that's something to feel good about going into the week.

🗑️Waste
Waste is a mixed picture but there's more green than red across the patch, which is encouraging. Henley, Marlow and Reading are all coming in under budget, and Witney deserves a mention too for keeping waste well below their budget figure. The foundations are there across the area though, and if we can keep the sites that are on track ticking along, we're in a good place.

Have a great week everyone.
